GREEN STATE CUP

To kick off the Vermont Green Football Club’s 2026 season, Zero Gravity partnered with Social Sports to host the first annual Green State Cup.  On Sunday, May 17th, 2026, eight “small-sided” teams descended on Duffy Field at St. Michael’s College in Colchester, VT to compete for the title.

After crowning the champions, VGFC fans welcomed the men’s and women’s team for introductions and autographs.  Motivating words were shared from the VGFC leadership team, as well as both coaches - conveying an optimistic and confident message about the upcoming season.

It was a beautiful sunny-Spring day and a perfect way to welcome these talented players to our close-knit community.  Good luck to the “Boys and Girls in Green!”
